For more than 10 years, I’ve worked side by side with leaders across industries. From SaaS to aviation, hospitality to government, I’ve seen a common thread: brilliant ideas often get lost under the weight of packed calendars and endless meetings. The insights are there—sharp, valuable, inspiring—but they rarely make it into words that truly resonate.
